How does purchasing a property from your site work?

You can call us directly (276-677-1781) or email us at [email protected] to let us know what property you’re interested in. We will then create a purchase agreement for you to review and sign.  At the time of signing a deposit will be due which is credited back to you at closing. From there the closing will be handled by an attorney or title company.  

Are you a real estate agent?

No. Although there are similarities in how we work we are not real estate agents. Using an agent to purchase land is not necessary.   It’s a very simple process.  All you need is a solid contract and a top notch title company.

Can you help me look for a specific kind of property?

Yes! We can help you with that. Let us know what you’re looking for. We’ll put you on our buyers list or connect you with one of our colleagues working in the area that you are interested in. We’re here to help!

Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?

No, there are no hidden fees.  But you will have closing costs in addition to the purchase price of the land. Closing fees will be determined by the title company at the time of closing.  

Why are your properties such a good price?

Part of our MO is to move properties quickly so we are typically selling below market value.  This passes on the savings to you, the buyer.  

How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
